You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By purchasing a Dark Web Assessment, you represent that you have the right to authorize a scan of the domain you submit.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed on our Site and are subject to change. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
Because our Dark Web Assessment is a digital service that begins processing immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your assessment report, contact us at info@synapsecyber.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
After your purchase is confirmed, you will be redirected to our scanning platform to initiate your assessment. Your assessment report will be delivered to the email address associated with your purchase. Delivery times may vary but assessments typically complete within minutes to 24 hours.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our assessments, but we do not guarantee that every compromised credential or data exposure will be identified. The dark web is constantly changing, and new exposures may appear after your scan.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You may only submit domains that you own or are authorized to assess on behalf of the domain owner. You may not:
Assessment reports are provided for your organization's internal security purposes. The reports contain information that was already publicly available on the dark web prior to our scan. You are responsible for acting on the findings in your report, including password resets, credential remediation, and other security measures.
Reports are confidential and should be treated as sensitive security information within your organization.
All content on our Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Synapse Cyber or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that our assessments will identify every compromised credential or data exposure associated with your domain.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synapse Cyber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synapse Cyber, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
